An exciting development opportunity in the thriving Baltic Triangle

A project overtaken by Nexus Residential, one of Liverpool’s leading development and construction experts, was inherited by Tract to deliver from RIBA stage 4 through to completion.

The site has been subject to a number of different planning approvals over the last decade, but now has come the time to deliver an exciting development opportunity in the thriving Baltic Triangle district on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre.

High–quality design and construction

Central Park will provide 174 units consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that include townhouses, through high – quality design and construction in one of the city’s key expansion zones.

The development will provide various facilities for the tenants including a gym, ground floor and rooftop breakout spaces and access to a currently underused area of green infrastructure to the rear of the site.

This project will be delivered in conjunction with Nexus Residential and Legacie Contracts as client and contractor respectively, adding another significant addition to their impressive ongoing portfolio in Liverpool and across the country.
