Nexus Residential approached Tract in 2020 to deliver this scheme through to completion following an historic involvement with securing the planning approval under a previous client.
Nexus have aspirations to deliver a well-designed, contemporary block of new affordable homes that are a positive contribution to the local area by addressing in part the urban fragmentation that was created by previous clearances, adding to the recent low key regeneration of this neglected part of Liverpool.

City Residences is a large-scale new-build residential development currently midway through construction with Legacie Contracts as Main Contractors.
The proposed scheme consists of two adjoining four storey residential blocks facing onto the River Mersey located at Heriot Street in Kirkdale, Liverpool, which is flanked by two detached three-storey blocks, one facing onto Lemon Street, the other onto Great Mersey Street, housing 78 one and two bed apartments.
The configuration of these buildings forms an internal courtyard that accommodates 35 car parking spaces as well as the bin and cycle storage.
