St Domingo Grove
Anfield, Liverpool
Once damaged and subsequently demolished during the bombing raids of WWII
The brief for this site involved the production of social housing situated in the Anfield regeneration zone. St Domingo Grove currently offers a large gap in its existing street scene where a row of houses were once damaged and subsequently demolished during the bombing raids of WWII.
The site now lends itself to variety of anti-social uses, as such it is the client’s intention to re-fill this gap with 10 new-build semi-detached 4 and 5 bed houses that will mimic and respect the scale and nature of the adjacent properties.
Each property will be allocated a generous private amenity space and off-road parking within front gardens, allowing for the houses to be set back to increase levels of security and privacy for the residents.
